Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Holiday Membership offered under the brand Divine Dream Holidays, operated by Graphene Developers Private Limited. By accepting these Terms & Conditions through the online form and completing the membership purchase, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms mentioned below.

Holiday Entitlement

Member is entitled to 7 Nights / 8 Days of accommodation every membership year as per their selected membership plan.
Stay includes Breakfast only.
Holiday entitlement is valid for destinations within India and International destinations as per plan details.
Standard occupancy shall be as per the booked room category and hotel policy.

Important Booking Conditions: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed ONLY after written confirmation from Divine Dream Holidays. Requests alone shall not be treated as confirmed bookings.

Booking Window

Peak Season: Minimum 45 days prior booking request.
Off-Peak Season: Minimum 15 days prior booking request.

Note: Late requests may not be accommodated.

Availability

All bookings are strictly subject to room availability.
Divine Dream Holidays does not guarantee availability at any specific hotel, resort, destination, room category or travel date.
Alternate properties, alternate dates or alternate destinations may be offered.

Partner Hotels & Resorts

Divine Dream Holidays operates through a network of partner hotels and resorts.
Partner properties may be added, removed, upgraded or changed at any time without prior notice.
The company reserves the right to offer equivalent alternatives whenever required.

Carry Forward & Advance Usage

Unused nights from one membership year may be carried forward only to the immediately succeeding membership year.
A member may utilize a maximum of 3 nights in advance from the following membership year.
At any point, the maximum booking allowed in a single reservation shall be 8 nights.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent ONLY by email to: memberexperience@divinedreamholidays.com

Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before check-in.
Cancellation requests made within 7 days of check-in shall be treated as Non-Refundable.
Verbal requests through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS or any other mode shall not be considered valid.
Only cancellation requests received through the official email ID shall be accepted.

No Refund Policy

Membership Fee is non-refundable after successful purchase.
AMC once paid is also non-refundable.
No refund shall be provided for unused nights, partially utilized benefits or non-utilization of membership.

Member Responsibilities

Members shall:

Provide correct personal details.
Carry valid Government-issued photo identification during travel.
Follow all hotel/resort rules and policies.
Be responsible for any damages caused by them or accompanying guests.

Hotel Policies

Check-in and Check-out timings shall be as per respective hotel policies.
Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed.
Security deposits, if required by hotels, shall be paid directly by the member.

Additional Expenses

The membership covers accommodation with breakfast only. The following shall be payable directly by the member wherever applicable:

Lunch
Dinner
Transportation
Airfare
Train Tickets
Sightseeing
Personal Expenses
Resort Fees
Taxes or Charges imposed by hotels or government authorities after booking.

Force Majeure

Divine Dream Holidays shall not be liable for cancellations, delays or non-performance caused due to natural disasters, government restrictions, war, epidemic, pandemic, strikes, weather conditions or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Modification of Terms

Divine Dream Holidays reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary. The latest version shall be applicable to all members.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of this membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

15. Declaration

I hereby declare that:

I have carefully read and understood all the Membership Terms & Conditions.
I voluntarily agree to all the terms mentioned above.
I understand that all bookings are subject to availability.
I understand that the Membership Fee is non-refundable.
I agree to pay the Annual Maintenance Charges as applicable.
I understand that verbal commitments shall not be considered valid unless provided in writing by Divine Dream Holidays.
I authorize Divine Dream Holidays (a brand of Graphene Developers Private Limited) to process my membership as per these Terms & Conditions.
